Disciplinary Hearings
Complaints
The Board presents the following list of complaints, each
identified by a unique number for the information of the public
and licensed surveyors.
The Board has determined that the name of the surveyor will
be included where a formal hearing has resulted in disciplinary
action consequent to an unprofessional conduct complaint being
confirmed.
Please note that the Board can only address discipline of
unprofessional conduct by Licensed Surveyors and that separate
civil action needs to be taken if financial compensation is
required.
Determinations of formal Hearing Panels are published here
